Tartu 2024 saadikud on mitmekülgsed ja silmapaistvad tegelased, mistõttu eeldame neilt kõigilt erinevaid oskusi. Vabariigi kultuurseim siga Limpa kutsus selle tõestamiseks kokku suure rannapeo, et kultuuripealinlastele enda parimaid tantsuliigutusi demonstreerida. DJ-puldis keerutas plaate noorte diskorite duo DJ Keris, kes hoidsid tuju lõbusana kogu rannapeo ajal. 🪩 Live, Laugh, Limpa 🐽

Tartu 2024 ambassadors are versatile and outstanding characters, so we expect them to showcase a variety of skills. To prove it, Estonia’s most cultured pig Limpa, organised a grand beach party to show off their best dance moves to European Capital of Culture residents. Behind the DJ booth, the young DJ duo DJ Keris kept the vibe fun and lively throughout the entire disco. 🪩 Live, Laugh, Limpa 🐽

Tartu 2024 lõpupidustused lõid kultuuripealinna särama. 💥 Curly Strings soojendas Tartu jõululinnas südameid ning valgusetendus Pirogovi pargis vaatas heldinult tuleviku poole. Kultuuripealinlased taaskord tõestasid, et olete Euroopa kultuuripealinna tiitliaasta jooksul ennast just selleks õhtuks soojaks tantsinud. Aitäh kõigile, kes meiega tähistasid! ❤️

Meil on häid uudiseid! 🤩 Eesti Draamateatri lavastusest „Rahamaa“ sai Euroopa kultuuripealinn Tartu 2024 programmi tähtsündmusi ning menukas suurlavastus naaseb järgmisel suvel Tartusse, „Rahamaad“ etendatakse Kammivabrikus 2025. aasta juunis 16 õhtul.

Piletimüük „Rahamaa“ etendustele avaneb 2. detsembril kell 10, piletid tulevad müügile Draamateatri kassas, teatri kodulehel ja Piletimaailmas.

🇬🇧/ We have great news! 🤩 Estonian Drama Theatre’s play Business as Usual became the main event of the European Capital of Culture Tartu 2024 programme and is returning to Tartu next summer. Business as Usual will be performed at Comb factory in June 2025 on 16 evenings.

Ticket sales for Business as Usual performances will open on December 2 at 10 a.m., tickets will be sold at the Drama Theatre box office or website and at Piletimaailm.

Hall ja kõle november pole eales säärasest energiast pakatanud kui eile õhtul Tartu 2024 vabaõhureivil. 💥 Euroopa kultuuripealinna lõpupidustused panid Toomemäe nõlva reivist rõkkama. Lavale astusid legendaarne trummi ja bassi artist Adam F, MC Harry Shotta, THING ja Micaxsan. Nii nagu kultuuripealinna avamisel, esinesid novembrikuises karges peoöös ka DJ Heidy Purga ning Eero ja Rene Oliver Muiste (Sound In Noise x Olivar). Euroopa kultuuripealinlased on tantsurahvas. 🔥

🇬🇧/ Grey and chilly November has never been so electrifying as it was last night at Tartu 2024 open-air rave. 💥 The slopes of Toomemägi echoed with the beats of European Capital of Culture finalcelebrations. Legendary drum and bass artist Adam F, MC Harry Shotta, THING, and Micaxsan took the stage. Just as at European Capital of Culture opening, DJ Heidy Purga and Eero and Rene Oliver Muiste (Sound In Noise x Olivar) also performed during this frosty November party night. The European Capital of Culture crowd truly knows how to dance. 🔥

Saagu valgus! Tartu 2024 lõpupeo valgusetendusel "Jää ja loo" vaatasime ühekoos tagasi kultuuripealinna tipphetkedele Tartus ja Lõuna-Eestis. ✨ Maagiline lugu kultuurist, elamustest, inimestest ja hetkedest. Valgusetendus tuleb kordamisele veel pühapäeval, 1. detsembril kell 18.30 ja 19.30, kui Tartu Raekoja platsil süttib esimene jõulutuli.

At the Tartu 2024 final celebration "Jää ja loo" (Stay and Create) light show, we looked back together at the highlights of the European Capital of Culture in Tartu and Southern Estonia. ✨ A magical story about culture, experiences, people and moments. You can catch the light show again on Sunday, 1 December at 6:30 p.m. and 7:30 p.m., when the first Christmas lights are lit on the Tartu Town Hall Square.

Eatu pidu, mis oli keelatud alla 65-aastastele, tõi kokku kõige tulihingelisemad tantsulõvid. 💃 Peolised näitasid, kuidas päriselt peab pidu nautima, võisteldes bingos, nõksutades puusi Kukerpillide ja DJ Irja Lutsari saatel ning ehtides end glitteriga. Kõigi lemmik Mamma jagas koos lapselapsega nippe, kuidas teha head fotot. Eatu peo külalised andsid Euroopa kultuuripealinna lõpupidustustele võimsa avapaugu. 💥

🇬🇧/ The ageless party brought together the most passionate dancing queens. 💃 Partygoers aged 65+ showed how to truly enjoy a celebration, competing in bingo, shaking their hips to the tunes of Kukerpillid and DJ Irja Lutsar, and glitter make-up. Everyone’s favourite, Mamma, shared tips with her grandchild on how to snap the perfect shot. The guests at the ageless party kicked off European Capital of Culture final celebrations with a bang! 💥
