Dive into the world of Italian flavors, where chef Karl Pajussaar takes us on a journey through different Italian counties and sommelier Kalle Müller brings different Franciacorta sparkling wines to accompany the menu.

Murimäe Wine Cellar’s Italian gourmet evening, dedicated to the diversity of Italian cuisine, celebrating it with special Franciacorta sparkling wines. The event taking place on July 26 offers an exclusive taste tour through the different regions of Italy, where sommelier Kalle Müller has paired a suitable Franciacorta with each dish. The menu has been prepared by Karl Pajussaar, the chef of restaurant Fii.

The musical mood of the evening is created by two talented artists – Merike Susi and Maurizio D’Agapito. Merike Susi, the beloved Estonian singer, is known for her ability to bring depth and sensitivity to music, creating special emotions with each performance. Maurizio D’Agapito, a passionate Italian musician living in Estonia, brings an authentic Italian soul, sharing his love for Italian music. Together, they create an atmosphere that takes you on a musical journey right into the heart of Italy.

Dinner will be held in the Murimäe wine cellar starting at 19:00. At 5:30 p.m., a free wine bus leaves Tartu from the Vanemuise lower parking lot, which brings those who wish to dinner and later back to the city. Don’t miss the opportunity to be a part of this memorable evening where local flavors and stories intertwine into a wonderful experience.
