Info
This walkshop takes you on a pleasant walk to reflect together on time and how to better cope with the fast pace of life
Let’s take a moment for ourselves in a scenic location and discover ways to better recover from the fast pace of life. We combine healthy activity, the beauty of nature, mindfulness, reflecting on our experiences, and supportive companions, all of which are essential factors in supporting our well-being. We’ll take a leisurely walk and enjoy a picturesque picnic with delicious food and engaging discussions.
Time is money. The more I work the more I earn. I have to be productive as often as possible. Resting is a waste of time. Do any of these beliefs sound familiar to you? During this walkshop we will dig deep into different sets of beliefs, whether about money, success or our self-worth, that play a big role in how we use our time. We will discover which restrictive thought patterns might be holding you back and learn how to make your thoughts serve you both in making money and making time for what matters.
The walk covers a maximum of 7 kilometres and does not require any prior physical preparation.

Merili is the guest host of this season’s last walkshop. She will guide the conversations mindfully and support the participants in discovering the beliefs that can affect their work and free time related habits.
