Once again, on Car-Free Avenue, you can get acquainted with the activities and performers from Southern Estonia.
In 2024, Tartu is the European capital of culture together with 19 municipalities in Southern Estonia. For the past four years we have invited the best of their community to represent their region at the Car-Free Avenue, and once again we have chance to get acquainted to the uniqueness of Southern Estonia. This time around we have the municipalities of Elva, Kanepi, Kastre, Kambja and the city of Viljandi coming to visit us.
During the day, you can hear more about the Estonian Movement and Well-Being Festival taking place in Elva on the 26th and 27th of July. More info: https://visitelva.com/liikumisfestival/
