Info

Cocktail Auer is coming to Estonia! The drag culture project Siinpool sood will launch in Tartu with a performance by the stunning Finnish drag collective House of Auer!

House of Auer is one of Finland’s most famous drag collectives, featuring Slaya Bit, Boney Ämmä, Victoria Line, and Yulia Vagina. They are an astonishing, constantly changing drag ensemble from the suburbs of Vantaa, that never ceases to amaze. Since 2016, they have been creating drag art that crosses boundaries, combining old and new, familiar and unknown. They have performed all over Finland, including the Flow Festival and Drag Me To HEL events. In Estonia, they have previously performed at Viljandi’s first-ever known drag show and at the iconic Sveta Bar in Tallinn.

The cabaret night Cocktail Auer is inspired by dusky jazz bars, New York’s neo-rich decadence and Vantaa’s honesty. Expect style, decadence, camp, and glamour! House of Auer will be joined on stage by local drag artists participating in the Siinpool sood project. The event is supported by the Finnish Institute in Estonia and TelepART Mobility Support. This project is part of the main programme of the European Capital of Culture Tartu 2024.
