Info

On November 12, starting at 6:00 p.m., our lantern tour will take participants on a journey through the past, present and future and tell stories from the neighborhood. You are invited to participate if you are interested in history, culture, photography, poetry and people's destinies.

During the tour, you can see the photo exhibition “Enchanting Home Lights” and hear the stories from Konguta region, which also speak to guests from further away. The photo exhibition uses the poetry of Aino Kopp, the central theme of which is home and lasting in the flow of time.

The tour will start from the Eduard Taska square in Annikoru village. Participants are warmly recommended to wear weatherproof clothing for this outdoor event and, if possible, bring their own lanterns. Please register by November 11 so that we can best prepare for the tour: https://forms.gle/tM99PRuSSC3eHPED8

The event is a continuation of the “Home lights attract” project that lasted throughout 2024, which is part of the main program of the European Capital of Culture Tartu 2024.
