Be present here and now, come to the inspiration day Embrace the moment & Experience. Trainers Kaia-Kaire Hunt, Aigi Vahing, Kai Adrikorn and Merilin Mandel will offer different workshops. In the evening Jarek Kasar will give a concert.
This event invites you to explore the power of being presence and its impact on our mental well-being. Through workshops we delve into various techniques and practices that enhance awareness and help us balance between our inner and outer world. Come and experience a deeper connection with yourself and discover new avenues for self-improvement and emotional equilibrium!
The event will take place in open air near the lake Pullijärv. All workshops are in Estonian, but we welcome all our guests to be part of Jarek Kasar`s concert.
“Embrace the moment & Experience” is a part of the European Capital of Culture Tartu 2024 main programme.
