Once again, you can get to know the culture of South Estonian municipalities on Car-Free Avenue, this time the guests are coming from Kastre municipality.

In 2024, Tartu will be the European Capital of Culture together with 19 municipalities in southern Estonia. Every year, we have invited the best of our community from South Estonia at Car-Free Avenue.

The women’s group Krüsanteem, the women’s group Kaera-Marid and the mixed group Kaaruskrapp, the Võnnu culture house ensemble Alfa beat will perform.
