The Horti Challenge 2024 is part of the program of Räpina Good Home Days, which is a part of the main program of European Capital of Culture Tartu 2024. The international gardeners' skills competition Horti Challenge, in which schools from the EUROPEA network participate, will take place on May 24-25, 2024, at Räpina Horticultural School

Young people from all over Europe have the opportunity to test their professional skills, communicate, and establish contacts. Young spectators will find inspiration for their career choices. On May 25th, the competition events are open for everyone to watch. Certainly, it will be interesting for the audience to see young gardeners, for example, performing stunt driving with lawnmowers or decorating birdhouses in the colors of their country’s flag. In addition, they will test their skills in measuring the height of trees, identifying components of raw salads, and many other interesting activities. In some areas, the audience can also participate and test their own knowledge. Among other things, you can get acquainted with the horticultural school.
