The Hanseatic Fair is one of the most exciting and largest fairs in Tartu. More than several hundred traders are expected to attend.
The Hanseatic Fair is part of the additional programme of the European Capital of Culture Tartu 2024.
The Hanseatic Fair is one of the most exciting and largest fairs in Tartu. More than several hundred traders are expected to attend. Unique handicraft products from Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania will be on offer, different dishes will be prepared and masters will present their handicraft skills.
During the Tartu Hanseatic Fair, visitors of all ages can take part in the colourful fairground entertainment and exciting activities in various downtown locations – on Vabaduse puiestee, Town Hall Square, Küüni tänav, Kaubahoov’s Park and the park avenue, the River Emajõgi riverside craft area, the Market Hall food avenue and around Avaturg Market.
Each new summer offers surprises in the traders’ product ranges, and in addition to shopping, the fair offers exciting activities for the whole family.
