“Superorganism” is an international exhibition curated by curators from 17 European countries. The exhibition delves deeply into the concept of a superorganism, which originally referred to insect colonies functioning as a single whole.

In the context of this event, the superorganism transcends its biological origins, and society is viewed as a living organism—a community striving for unity and harmony, while also exploring the impact of collective existence on the individual.

The exhibition features works by 25 artists who participated in the “Magic Carpets” residencies from 2021 to 2024. The artworks range from photography and installations to performances and videos, reflecting the diversity of the “Magic Carpets” platform.

*With the slogan “We are all a superorganism”, the exhibition emphasises our shared responsibility for the future of our planet.
