The 7th edition of the RUA street art festival will take place in Elva municipality, Estonia! The mission of the nomadic street art festival is to bring permanent visual art to Estonian small towns. In 2024, the RUA festival will take place in the town of Elva and the six villages of Elva's municipality.
RUA Steet Art Festival #Elva is a part of the European Capital of Culture Tartu 2024 main programme.

27 May – 1 June – creation of wall paintings in Elva town and in Rõngu, Annikoru, Valguta, Puhja and Aakre
30 May – 1 June – youth street art camp in Rõngu, near the Rõngu Carecenter
1 June at 11 am – community wall painting workshop in front of Rõngu Carecenter
1 June at 12 pm – stencil workshop for children in Rõngu Community Center
1 June at 3 pm – tour with artists to the finished wall paintings. The tour starts in the parking lot of Rõngu Community Center. All participants need to have their own vehicle.
The festival takes place in cooperation with Elva municipality. The main sponsors of the festival are Sadolin, Fere OÜ and Montana Colors.
