In the legal café you can chat with judges and talk about topics on your mind. But we don’t discuss legal issues only through paragraphs, we also talk about literature and theater. We offer coffee, a pleasant stay in our beautiful courthouse. The highest court in Tartu is an inescapable part of Estonian cultural history.
