Showing of work made during March at Kullaugu music residency. Music for documentary film "Dead Zones".

Audiovisual gourmands will be able to enjoy the fruits of the second resident’s creative work at Põlva Kultuurikeskus on 15th of March.

During her stay at Kullaaugu, Brazilian composer and cellist Rafaele Andrade creates music for a documentary film “Dead Zones”, which is about ongoing enviornmental crisis in the world seas.
At Põlva and Tartu she will introduce her creative process and methods. She uses a specially-made cello as her main instrument.
A seperate concert will be held in Põlva Cultural Center on 15th of March.

During the year 2024, Kullaaugu music farm will bring 5 international composers to South Estonia for a film music residency.
Project ‘Kullaaugu film music residency’ is a part of the European Capital of Culture Tartu 2024 main programme.
