In March and April 2019, we held four discussions in four Southern Estonian counties, focusing on the uniqueness of those regions in Europe. With the help of locals, activists and municipality leaders, we also found out a bit about their expectations of the title.

All discussions were followed by a free film screening by Tartu Elektriteater who displayed results from animation workshops for local children that had been held the same day. A recent Estonian animation "Teofrastus" (Sergei Kibus, 2018) and nature documentary "Fragile World" (Ants Tammik, 2016) followed.
