The title is the summary of almost 200 meetings the candidacy team has had so far with people and groups from all cultural fields of Tartu. The title will give direction to developing tangible project ideas for the bidbook. The book must be presented to the international ECoC jury already this fall.

Bidbook title presentation takes place at Genialistide klubi (Magasini 5), Tartu's leading alternative cultural centre on 8 March at 18:00.

A public discussion will follow the presentation. First interpretations will be given on the stage by

- Tartu Postimees Editor-in-Chief: RANNAR RABA
- Chairman of Tartu Department of Estonian Writer's Union BERK VAHER
Discussion will be moderated by Wikimedia Eesti member of the Board and Generaadio host MÄRT PÕDER.

An original work on Tartu's culture by Tartu videographer Kiur Kaasik will be presented.
