Concerts, dance evenings, a food market and many other events organised by the European Capital of Culture Tartu 2024, Tiigi society house and the city of Tartu will take place at the Car-free avenue from July 1 to August 14. Justament and Stefan (01.07), Rita Ray (16.07), Horoskoop and Heidy Tamme (23.07), Raul Ojamaa (29.07) and Ewert and the Two Dragons (14.08) will perform in the "Tartu 2024 presents" programme.
Tartu, together with Southern Estonia, will be the European Capital of Culture in 2024. This is a major Estonian event that offers special cultural experiences in Southern Estonia.
