The Räpina Museum of Local History and Horticulture in Sillapää Castle was opened in 1995. The museum's exhibitions introduce Räpina manor and parish, horticultural education and one of the oldest paper mills in Europe. The most ancient exhibits date back to the early days of the paper mill. In addition to the permanent exposition, the museum organizes various exhibitions and guided walks to the manor park and the collection garden of the Räpina Horticultural School.
