Info

unda, the four-day festival drawing inspiration from Estonia's abundant wetlands, celebrates dancefloor ecologies' vitality.

Through club nights, conference and live performances, international festival unda aims to reshape the view of clubs by highlighting their vital cultural function as gathering areas and cooperation zones, where fresh concepts, identities, vocational options, and experimentation can materialize.
The idea behind unda lies in the abundance of wetlands in Estonia and their flourishing ecosystem, drawing parallels to club culture – a pollinating system, that affects not only people active in field, but also has strong connections to other parts of our daily life, be it urban development, architecture, economy, tourism and so forth.
unda is part of the Tartu, European Capital of Culture’s “Arts of Survival” main programme, and will take place at the Estonian National Museum over the weekend of Autumn Equinox, 19-22nd September 2024.
