Info

In autumn 2024, Theatre House of Tartu Toy Museum will premiere the children’s play ‘A City with a Green Heart’. Mira Lobe’s warm-hearted story is directed by Urmas Lennuk.

There is a small city in the middle of a forest. Where the houses end, the trees begin. It can also be said that where the trees begin, the houses end. All the residents of the city enjoy the forest. Only the mayor does not notice the beauty of the forest and keeps trying to find ways to make the city even more magnificent, even more fancy and even bigger. He comes up with the idea that the city could be made bigger by felling the forest. The city residents, particularly children do not like the idea… You can see what happens next in the story and how the city finally becomes a city with a green heart in September 2024.
