Creating a nature-based rainwater solution in Valga – all are welcome to observe the construction and engage in discussions! Landscapers make urban environments more beautiful and habitable, aiming at preserving, protecting, and developing green living environments.

Who are landscapers? Landscapers create landscapes and structures according to a landscape architect’s project. Landscape architects design the landscape in theory, while landscapers put it into practice. They both aim at sustainably preserving, protecting, and developing green living environments. Due to climate change, there is a growing demand in cities for new, sustainable solutions that better maintain the mental and physical health of residents and natural resources, such as soil and water.

We are creating an example of sustainable rainwater management.

In Estonia, one can study landscaping in four vocational schools: Hiiumaa Vocational School, Tallinn School of Construction, Luua Forestry School, and Räpina School of Horticulture.
