ABC of Composting aka “Leaves for Food” / “Growing with Your Food”

Why and what to compost? What is the best way to compost? Come to the event ABC of composting aka "Leaves for Food" and learn new tricks on how to turn your garden waste into valuable plant feed!

11–15 Raking leaves in the garden of the day care center.
11.30–13.00 “The importance of composting for gardener” by Mart Ruumet. The lecture will take place in the hall of Tähtvere päevakeskus. Limited number of places!
13–15 Leaf compost or vermicompost bin making workshop. You can get the finished compost bin for yourself. Limited number of places!

ABC of composting takes place in the outdoor area and hall of Tähtvere päevakeskus.
We recommend coming on foot or by bicycle.
Smart Bike Share bicycle parking lot is also on Näituse street close by.
Bus stop Näituse is the closest, public transport bus no 3.

If you have to come by car, you can leave it in the parking lot (Taara pst 1d).
