Car-Free Avenue and Tartu Youth Work Center invite you to youth area! On July 16, Hüppa invites young people to a jungle-themed party featuring animal and nature-themed games, dancing, and temporary tattoos.
The youth program at the Car-Free Avenue is organized by the Tartu Youth Work Center.
