This walkshop takes you on a pleasant walk to reflect together on time and how to better cope with the fast pace of life.🕧
Let’s take a moment for ourselves in a scenic location and discover ways to better recover from the fast pace of life.

🚶We combine healthy activity, the beauty of nature, mindfulness, reflecting on our experiences, and supportive companions, all of which are essential factors in supporting our well-being. We’ll take a leisurely walk and enjoy a picturesque picnic with delicious food and engaging discussions.
💭Which brake to pull? Unfortunately life often isn’t as easy as driving where we just have one gas pedal and one break to use. In front of us rather stands a colourful control panel with many different buttons and knobs. Our challenge is to press and turn them in a way that all important parameters would align so we could start driving to an appropriate direction with an appropriate speed.
Usually we perceive time differently in different areas of our life and we relate to time in varied ways depending on the day or specific situation. Because of that it’s not always that simple to decide how we need slowing down or productive rushing in our life. Sometimes it might be that in some life areas we have to sprint for a while to then take it easier later. All in all, our tempo will likely vary across different areas.
During this walkshop we will familiarize ourselves with the variety of time related concepts, such as pace of life, time use, time pressure, perception of time, effort and rest, focused and diffuse thinking. We will learn how to differentiate between them to better decide during our practical exercise how and what to slow down and what to speed instead.
➡️ The walk covers a maximum of 7 kilometers and does not require any prior physical preparation.
