Info
This walkshop takes you on a pleasant walk to reflect together on time and how to better cope with the fast pace of life
Let’s take a moment for ourselves in a scenic location and discover ways to better recover from the fast pace of life. We combine healthy activity, the beauty of nature, mindfulness, reflecting on our experiences, and supportive companions, all of which are essential factors in supporting our well-being. We’ll take a leisurely walk and enjoy a picturesque picnic with delicious food and engaging discussions.
Are you rushing to slow down or slowing down to rush? Paradoxically, sometimes we rush and work too much just to afford more luxurious, restorative, instagrammable and consumerism-inspired vacations. But is it worth the price? Do we then even enjoy the rest when it finally arrives? In the midst of that we might totally forget that we need to properly slow down to restore our efficiency and capacity to work.
During this walkshop we will explore how to “rest productively” and also how to concentrate and work productively. Our goal is to discover how to build a sustainable rhythm of effort and rest where each enhances and supports the other.
The walk covers a maximum of 7 kilometres and does not require any prior physical preparation.
