The sunset tour on a barge takes you into the magical world of a gloomy night of August, right in the middle of the wild nature. Come and discover the water world of river Emajõgi!

Let’a sail on a barge in the summer on the beautiful river of Emajõgi, enjoying the picturesque landscape and catching the sunset. Let’s watch and listen to how the river and the nature on its banks are getting ready for the upcoming night. The barge crew will also talk about the ship and the river. You can bring your own picnic basket.
The series of river trips “Discover river Emajõgi!” organized by the Tartu County Development Association is part of the main program of the European Capital of Culture Tartu 2024 and is supported by the South Estonian Community Program together with Leader action groups.
