Musical Journey on Emajõgi

In the middle of the summer, on July 27th, the distinguished and freshly restored ship from 1921 ,Arabella I, will embark on its first season's journey on Emajõgi, from the Peipsi Lake delta to the center of Tartu. The boat ride will last approximately 4,5 hours. On the ship's sun deck, original electronic music will be played by Max Von Bumble from Australia and Henri Liiv from Estonia.

In the middle of the summer, on July 27th, the distinguished and freshly restored ship from 1921, Arabella I, will embark on an exclusive journey on Emajõgi, from the Peipsi Lake delta to the center of Tartu. The boat ride will last approximately 4,5 hours.

On the ship’s sun deck, DJs from Australia and Estonia will play original electronic music. Only 60 partygoers can participate in the trip, so the number of tickets is limited.

Max Von Bumble, the grandfather of Australian electronic music, will visit us as part of his European tour. In addition, he is known in his homeland as the founder and organizer of several successful festivals.

DJ Henri Liiv has been creating and playing electronic music for 15 years, organizing festivals and engaging in digital production.

The entire journey on the ship will be recorded in both sound and image to convey the symbiosis of the natural beauty of the journey and the music performed on the ship. The recording will be edited into a single piece and published on a video-sharing platform and social media for international viewing under the project name KRU.

Transport from Tallinn to the ship’s departure point (and, if desired, from Tartu to Tallinn after the boat trip)
A warm meal before the boat trip
