On the Kangsti village square, a day of tradition will take place with a conference, workshops, a culture program and a folklore dance party.

On the 27th of July 2024, at the southwest corner of Võrumaa there will be a tradition day. Hosted in the community centre Kangsti, the event will start with a conference on the topic of traditions, after which, workshops will take place with such themes: nature conservation, research of one’s family tree, playground of olden times, people and their abilities, local food and handicraft.
In the culture program are Krabi village theater’s play in Võru dialect, folk dances and songs. All the performers will be wearing parish’s traditional folklore clothes. The day will end with a small dance festival where a folklore band is playing. All folklore culture admirers are invited and let’s hold a fun folk style party!
