Craft snowmobile parade and winter fair.
In winter, when the ice covers Peipus, self-built cars with huge wheels drive around here, we call them karakatsitsa.
An event called Kallaste Karakatitsa has been created for these machines that help fishermen, to showcase them to the visitors on parade. Local food and culture are also offered!
Kallaste Karakatitsa 2024 will take place on February 25, starting at 10:00. Location: Kallaste, Peispiääre municipality
