Elva 60 Second Film Festival

Everyone can be a filmmaker. We all have cameras and smartphones, and the skills to use them. The festival encourages us to tell visual stories and to be innovative and creative in our ideas.

The festival provides an opportunity to create something new and unique. Film your thoughts and make a 60-second film out of it. You may already have longer or shorter material that you can edit down to 60 seconds. The most important thing is your talent and idea.
