Info

Together with the beginning of the heritage year, a three-part series of conversational meetings introducing heritage topics will take place, with the third meeting being "Viljandi urban heritage?".

On May 22 at 17:00 in the Viljandi City Library’s City Gallery, former chief architect Ülo Stöör and art historian Gregor Taul will discuss the history, present, and future of Viljandi’s urban space.

Following the conversation, there will be a city tour based on Ülo Stöör’s books and themes of spatial heritage. You are welcome to listen, watch, and participate!

The series of events is organized by the Heritage City Viljandi in cooperation with the Heritage Festival and the Ethics Centre of the University of Tartu project Tartu World University, which is part of the main program of the European Capital of Culture Tartu 2024.
