Project Creative Connections. Art Museums Preventing Bullying focuses on preventing bullying through museums and art.
This project participates in the first Tartu 2024 culture and education programme development process, as a part of "Tartu with Humanity" programme line. Projects that successfully complete the process will advance in to the European Capital of Culture programme.

The project is comprised of research and and testing phase from 2021 to 2023 and the main event in 2024. The main year will be filled with an education programme, an experimental modern art exhibition and an international conference. The activities will grow out of cooperation between Tartu and South Estonian schools, families, Tartu Art Museum and foundation Bullying-free School. Furthermore, internationally known artists and experts in social sciences will contribute to the project. This project asks how to use museums' and art's potential to prevent bullying in a more sustainable way.
